Method: each behavior carries a steady-state relative risk from the literature, a biological time-to-full-benefit (e.g. 10 years for smoking cessation, 1 year for HPV vaccination), and a difficulty rating. Effects are multiplied with a damping term (the independence factor) that shrinks each successive benefit — because risk factors cluster and real-world effect sizes rarely stack purely.
